- 5+ years of exp in SAP REFX
- Should have experience in SAP FICO & SAP RE-FX.
- Strong Implementation experience on SAP RE-FX (Flexible Real-Estate) .
- Should be able to manage rental/lease End-to-End processes (New, Renew/extension, and End/termination)
- Real estate property occupancy reports - with the type of property, measurements and occupancy status.
- Operational reporting and KPIs for real estate properties.
- Maintain Master Data (Business Entity, Business Unit, Pooled space, Rental space/ Rental unit, Meters etc.)
- Contract maintenance, Billing for direct charges.
- Sending renewal notices, Renewal of contracts with escalation in rates automatically or manually.
