SAP Technical Project Manager

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP Technical Project Manager with a strong client-facing background to lead SAP implementation, upgrade, integration, and support projects. The ideal candidate should have proven experience managing enterprise clients, leading cross-functional technical teams, and ensuring successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead SAP implementation, migration, integration, and enhancement projects.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with SAP technical, functional, infrastructure, and integration teams.
• Drive client meetings, requirement discussions, solution reviews, and executive status updates.
• Ensure seamless collaboration between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Resolve project escalations and proactively mitigate risks.
• Maintain project governance, quality standards, and documentation.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of SAP experience with strong technical project management expertise.
• Hands-on understanding of SAP technologies such as S/4HANA, ABAP, Fiori, BTP, PI/PO/CPI, APIs, IDocs, and integrations.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end SAP implementation or transformation projects.
• Strong experience working directly with enterprise clients and senior business stakeholders.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
• Experience managing global delivery teams using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

Preferred

• SAP S/4HANA implementation experience.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum certification is an advantage.
