Mode of employment : Full-time

Drives business value of own (sub-) process depending on overall process strategy
Communicates and implements continuously the (sub-) process Make to Stock on global level
Take care of all M2S deployment tasks in rollout project
Aligns and adapts the (sub-) process changes including requirements from users, norms, standards and other processes
Support definition of the roadmap to roll-out and increase the maturity level of the (sub-) process M2S
Secure a sustainable implementation and compliance of the process standards
Drive digitalization and automation in Manufacturing to Supply incl. implementation of standardized Industry 4.0 solution sets
Monitor relevant key performance indicators, initiate and manage implementation and transformation programs to build or improve processes/capabilities
Train and coach user departments on how to apply standard processes
Intensive communication, collaboration and change management in an international environment.

Qualifications -

Several years of experience with S/4 especially in Manufacturing area (M2S)
Relevant university degree (e.g. Business Administration or Industrial Engineering) with focus on Manufacturing and /or Supply Chain processes
Several years of experience in consulting or industry, preferably in Consumer Goods or Retail;
Extensive business experience in manufacturing to supply processes from projects and / or operations
Strategically thinking and a strong mindset to drive improvement and operational excellence

Ready to work in an international environment, willing to travel regularly
