SAP Successfactor

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with 6–10 years of experience in implementing and supporting SAP HCM/SuccessFactors solutions. The candidate should have strong functional and/or technical expertise in SuccessFactors modules and HR processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in end-to-end implementation and support of SAP SuccessFactors solutions
• Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
• Configure and customize SuccessFactors modules
• Manage data migration, integration, and system configuration
• Work on employee lifecycle processes (hire-to-retire)
• Support system testing (Unit, SIT, UAT) and deployments
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for HR digital transformation
• Provide post go-live support and issue resolution
• Maintain documentation and process flows

Required Skills

• Strong experience in one or more SuccessFactors modules:
  • Employee Central (EC)
  • Recruitment (RCM/RMK)
  • Performance & Goals (PMGM)
  • Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Compensation & Variable Pay
  • Onboarding / Succession & Development
• Knowledge of:
  • SAP HCM and SuccessFactors architecture
  • Business process workflows and HR processes
• Experience with:
  • SuccessFactors configuration and provisioning
  • Role-Based Permissions (RBP)
  • Reports & Analytics (ORD, Adhoc, People Analytics)

Preferred Skills

• Experience with:
  • Integration tools (SAP CPI/Integration Center)
  • Data migration tools
• Certification in SAP SuccessFactors modules
• Exposure to:
  • Employee Central Payroll (ECP)
  • SAP S/4HANA integration
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies
