Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and support the SAP SD module.
- Manage order-to-cash (OTC) processes including sales orders, deliveries, shipping, and billing.
- Work with business users to gather requirements and provide SAP solutions.
- Handle pricing, billing, and output determination.
- Ensure integration with MM (Materials Management), FI (Finance), and PP (Production Planning).
- Manage customer master data and sales documents.
- Troubleshoot system issues and provide ongoing support.
- Participate in testing, implementation, and enhancements.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of SAP SD module
- Experience in order-to-cash cycle (OTC)
- Knowledge of pricing, billing, and shipping processes
- Understanding of sales document configuration
- Integration knowledge with MM, FI, and PP modules
- Basic SAP configuration (IMG) knowledge
