Key Responsibilities & MustHave Skills
Core SAP SD Expertise
- Strong handson experience in SAP SD (Sales & Distribution) configuration and support
- Endtoend experience in OrdertoCash (O2C) processes: Inquiry, Quotation, Sales Orders, Delivery, Billing
Pricing & Condition Techniques
- Proficiency in Setting up Pricing Procedures, Condition Types, Access Sequences
- Experience in Discounts, Surcharges, and Tax configuration
Logistics & Execution
- Handson expertise in Delivery Processing, Shipping, Picking, Packing, PGI, and Transportation
- Good understanding of Availability Check (ATP) and Credit Management
- Experience with Partner Determination
Billing & Financial Integrations
- Experience with Invoice, Credit/Debit Memo Processing
- Knowledge in Revenue Determination and Account Determination
- Strong understanding of SDFI, SDMM, SDPP integration points
Master Data & Technical Exposure
- Knowledge of Customer Master, Material Master, CustomerMaterial Info Records
- Experience in Output Determination, EDI/IDoc Handling, Interface Troubleshooting
- Ability to prepare Functional Specifications and collaborate effectively with technical teams (RICEFW)
Preferred Skills
- Exposure to S/4HANA Sales and Fiori applications
- Strong debugging, issue analysis, and production support background
- SAP SD / SAP S/4HANA Sales certifications (preferred)
