Key Responsibilities
Lead SAP SD implementation / rollout / support projects across geographies
Design and configure end-to-end OTC (Order to Cash) processes
Work as a Solution Architect, ensuring integration with MM, FI, WM and
external systems
Drive S/4HANA transformation / rollout programs
Collaborate with middleware/integration teams (SAP PI/PO, MuleSoft, etc.)
Prepare Functional Specifications (FS), design documents, and test
strategies
Lead SIT, UAT, cutover, go-live and hypercare support
Interact with global stakeholders and translate business needs into technical
solutions
Conduct end-user training, documentation, and KT sessions
Perform gap analysis, solutioning, and continuous improvement initiatives

Required Skills
Strong expertise in SAP SD with AFS / Retail experience
Extensive experience in OTC processes (Order, Delivery, Billing, Pricing,
Returns)
Hands-on experience in configuration, data migration, and testing
Experience with integration tools (IDOC, BAPI, LSMW, middleware)
Knowledge of S/4HANA architecture and implementation
