Job Description

Provide expert support and configuration for Kronos Time and Attendance modules within UKG Dimensions TampA.

Specialist with 5 to 7 years of experience in Kronos Time and Attendance applications specializing in configuration support and enhancements within the UKG Dimensions TampA skill cluster.


Responsibilities


  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Kronos Time and Attendance applications including badge and user access problems.
  • Configure Kronos elements such as Pay Rules, Work Rules, Accruals, Scheduling, Attendance, and Access Profiles.
  • Conduct root cause analysis for incidents and document findings to prevent recurrence.
  • Coordinate with clients to understand requirements and provide timely solutions.
  • Prepare and execute unit functional and integration test cases based on system requirements.
  • Oversee quality assurance procedures to ensure compliance with project standards.
  • Manage communication with onsite and offshore teams to meet SLAs and project deadlines.
  • Support GoLive activities by providing expert troubleshooting and configuration assistance.
  • Document new pay policy changes and interface developments to maintain system accuracy.
  • Work flexible hours to support clients across different time zones including EST and IST.

Qualifications

5 to 7 years of experience in Kronos Time and Attendance applications.


Required Skills

  • Expertise in configuration support for Kronos Time and Attendance modules.
  • Strong analytical skills to translate business workflows into effective system configurations.
  • Ability to maintain detailed documentation including functional and technical design documents, test plans, and user manuals.
  • Experience in troubleshooting data format mismatches and system errors.
  • Proficient in developing and delivering training materials and conducting knowledge sharing sessions for end-users.
  • Experience in monitoring system performance and participating in system upgrades and enhancements.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal IT teams and vendors for issue resolution and continuous improvement.
