Job Description
SAP Functional Tester R2R (Record to Report)
Experience: 5+ years
Required Skills & Experience
- Must have hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA large-scale transformation programs.
- Strong experience in SAP R2R functional testing across finance processes.
- Must possess experience in SIT and regression testing for:
- General Ledger
- Accounts Payable
- Accounts Receivable
- Asset Accounting
- Bank Accounting
- Journal Processing
- Financial Closing
- Must have experience creating SIT test cases including interfaces and 3rd party applications.
- Must have executed end-to-end SIT cycles for minimum 2 SAP transformation projects.
- Strong understanding of SAP FI integration with upstream and downstream modules.
- Experience in defect management, retesting, and closure tracking.
- Hands-on experience using JIRA, Azure DevOps (ADO), or equivalent tools.
- Strong experience in Test Data Management and validation activities.
- Experience supporting UAT execution and cutover readiness.
- Ability to collaborate with finance business users and SAP functional teams.
- Good understanding of testing governance and QA standards.
