2 roles - Demand Planning and Retail Planning with o9 platforms

Role -1 (Demand Planning)

• Gather and translate business requirements into functional specifications for the o9 platform.
• Design and configure o9 solutions (worksheets, alerts, metrics, workflows) for supply chain, demand, MEIO and S&OP processes.
• Lead end-to-end o9 implementation projects, including configuration, integration, and testing.
• Support integration with ERP systems (o9 Solutions) and ensure seamless data flow.
• Conduct testing (SIT, UAT), troubleshoot issues, and document solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to drive adoption and provide training.
• Act as an o9 subject matter expert, advising on best practices.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in o9 platform modules, configuration, and integration capabilities.
• Familiarity with programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript) and SQL for data analysis and model development.(Not Mandatory)
• Knowledge of supply chain models, optimization solvers and advanced planning tools.

Role -2 (Retail Planning)

Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Retail Planning professional at the SFC level to join our team for a critical engagement. The ideal candidate will have strong domain expertise in retail planning processes along with hands-on experience in advanced planning tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support retail planning initiatives with a focus on assortment planning and optimization
• Work extensively with the o9 platform for planning, configuration, and solution delivery
• Design, execute, and validate test cases to ensure system functionality and business requirements are met
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective solutions
• Engage directly with clients to understand business needs, provide updates, and ensure successful delivery
• Troubleshoot issues, provide solutions, and support continuous improvement efforts

Required Skills & Experience:

• Mandatory hands-on experience with the o9 platform
• Strong expertise in assortment planning within the retail domain
• Proven experience in testing (functional, UAT, or system testing)
• Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in end-to-end retail planning implementations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Strong attention to detail and quality assurance mindset
