Role Summary

Looking for a senior SAP Ariba leader to drive global Procure-to-Pay (P2P) transformation, solution delivery, governance, and roadmap management across SAP Ariba, SAP MM, Fieldglass, and S/4HANA platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Own SAP Ariba & P2P strategy and transformation roadmap.
• Lead global implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support initiatives.
• Drive solution architecture across:
• SAP Ariba
• SAP MM
• SAP Fieldglass
• SAP S/4HANA
• Manage procurement processes, supplier management, catalogs, workflows, and invoicing.
• Oversee integrations with ServiceNow, BTP, Supplier Networks, and external systems.
• Ensure compliance, audit readiness, governance, and operational excellence.
• Manage global stakeholders, vendors, budgets, and delivery teams.
• Drive automation and process optimization initiatives.

Required Skills

• 15+ years in SAP Procurement/P2P landscape.
• Strong expertise in:
• SAP Ariba
• SAP MM
• Fieldglass
• SAP S/4HANA
• P2P / S2P Processes
• Experience in global transformation programs and solution architecture.
• Strong stakeholder, vendor, and team management experience.
