Job Description:-

We are looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA CO Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in Actual Costing and Material Ledger. The consultant will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP CO processes with a strong focus on Actual Costing runs, period-end activities, and inventory valuation in S/4HANA environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support SAP S/4HANA CO implementations, rollouts, and support projects
• Configure and manage SAP CO modules, including:
• Cost Center Accounting (CCA)
• Internal Orders (IO)
• Profit Center Accounting (PCA)
• Product Costing (CO-PC)
• Profitability Analysis (CO-PA / Margin Analysis)
• Strong hands-on experience in Actual Costing with Material Ledger (ML)
• Configure and support:
• Material Ledger activation and settings
• Actual Costing runs (CKMLCP)
• Price determination and price differences
• Single-level and multi-level price revaluation
• Inventory revaluation at period-end
• Perform month-end and year-end closing activities, including:
• Cost allocations, settlements, and overhead calculation
• Actual Costing closing steps
• Ensure seamless integration between FI, CO, MM, PP and SD
• Prepare and maintain:
• Business Blueprints (BBP) Functional Specification Documents (FS)
• Configuration documents
• Work closely with technical (ABAP) teams for enhancements, reports, and interfaces
• Support UAT, cutover, and go-live activities
• Resolve production issues and provide post-go-live support
• Participate in client discussions, workshops, and knowledge transfer sessions

• Required Skills & Qualifications
• 67 years of hands-on experience in SAP CO module
• Strong experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance
• Expert knowledge of Actual Costing and Material Ledger
• Strong understanding of:
• Standard price vs Moving Average Price
• Price differences and revaluation logic
• Inventory valuation in S/4HANA
• Good integration knowledge of FICOMMPP-SD
• Experience with Universal Journal (ACDOCA)
• Hands-on experience with:
• Cost object controlling
• Period-end closing processes
• Ability to independently handle configuration and solution design
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Functional & Technical Expertise
• Strong proficiency in SAP Controlling (CO) with SME-level knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Finance and Controlling
• Extensive experience in the Manufacturing industry, supporting complex costing, profitability, and production accounting scenarios
• Hands-on exposure to ECC to S/4HANA migration projects, including Central Finance concepts and harmonization
• Solid knowledge of SAP Fiori applications for Controlling, Actual Costing, and Management Reporting
• Experienced in client-facing roles, including requirement gathering, solution design, workshops, and stakeholder communication
• Business & Process Knowledge
• Deep understanding of cost center accounting, internal orders, product costing, actual costing, and profitability analysis
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable SAP CO solutions aligned with S/4HANA best practices
• Strong integration knowledge with FI, MM, PP, and logistics processes
