SAP Concur product for Sweden and France. It includes supporting Global SAP Concur end users by troubleshooting and resolving ITrelated issues, ensuring service continuity and a high level of support quality. The Professional Application Support role is responsible for the day-to-day support, maintenance, and continuous improvement of SAP Concur solutions. The role will partner with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure stable service delivery, timely issue resolution, and effective client communication Comments on Experience & Skills In-depth knowledge of the SAP Concur system. Experience with the operation of SAP ERP interfaces, preferably knowledge of SAP ECC/S4HANA systems Strong service management skills. Knowledge of SAP Concur interfaces. Proficiency in using ServiceNow for ticket management and reporting. Key Responsibilities: Provide application support and maintenance for SAP Concur (incident management, troubleshooting, resolution, and follow-up). Monitor and maintain platform health, ensuring availability, performance, and reliability of Concur services (application and integrations) Handle user and client queries (including escalations) with clear, timely communication. Manage support requests end-to-end: triage, analysis, action planning, resolution, and documentation. Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for fixes/enhancements when required (including change coordination). Create and maintain support documentation, runbooks, and knowledge base articles. Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive actions to reduce repeat incidents. Identify repeated incidents and patterns, analyze underlying causes, and propose solutions for process and technical improvement. Collaborate with global clients and internal stakeholders to ensure correct interpretation of requirements and smooth service delivery.
