About the Role

Kaygen is looking for highly skilled professionals with expertise in SAP Commissions, Rules & Regulations Configuration, and SAP Integration Development. These are high-priority positions requiring immediate joiners or candidates who can support a fast turnaround delivery model.

The selected candidates will work closely with global stakeholders to implement, configure, optimize, and integrate SAP Commissions solutions while supporting enterprise-scale incentive compensation and analytics initiatives.

1. SAP Commissions Integration Developer


Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP Integration Developer specializing in SAP Commissions to design, develop, and maintain integrations between SAP Commissions and enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in SAP Commissions architecture, APIs, middleware technologies, and data integration frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop integrations for SAP Commissions with ERP, CRM, HRMS, payroll, and other enterprise systems.
  • Build and maintain APIs, middleware interfaces, and ETL processes.
  • Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand integration requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
  • Troubleshoot integration issues and optimize system performance.
  • Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across systems.
  • Support system enhancements, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
  • Work on SAP Territory and Quota Management integrations where required.
  • Prepare technical documentation and integration specifications.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong hands-on experience in SAP Commissions implementations and integrations.
  • Expertise in integration technologies such as REST APIs, SOAP, SAP CPI/PI/PO, MuleSoft, or similar middleware platforms.
  • Strong SQL and database knowledge.
  • Experience in data mapping, ETL, and batch processing.
  • Good understanding of enterprise application architecture.
  • Experience in SAP Incentive Management / SAP Commissions Cloud environments preferred.
  • Knowledge of SAP Territory and Quota Management will be an added advantage.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Qualification

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
  • Relevant SAP certifications preferred.


2. SAP Commissions Rules Configurator


Job Summary

We are looking for an SAP Commissions Rules Configurator with strong expertise in configuring commission plans, business rules, workflows, and incentive compensation structures within SAP Commissions platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure and maintain SAP Commissions rules, compensation plans, workflows, and calculations.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable commission configurations.
  • Work with stakeholders to define compensation logic and reporting requirements.
  • Support system enhancements, UAT, testing, and deployment activities.
  • Troubleshoot configuration and commission calculation issues.
  • Collaborate with integration and analytics teams for seamless system functionality.
  • Ensure compliance with compensation governance and audit standards.
  • Prepare functional and technical documentation.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong experience in SAP Commissions configuration and implementation.

As an SAP Commissions Embedded Analytics Configurator, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing analytics capabilities within the SAP ecosystem by configuring and optimizing embedded analytics solutions integrated with SAP Commissions and SAP Territory & Quota Management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure and optimize SAP Embedded Analytics solutions.
  • Develop dashboards, reports, and analytical models.
