Job Role: SAP Business Objects - Senior Consultant
Experience: 6-10 Years
Location: Hyderabad, Bangalore, Chennai, Pune, Gurgaon
Work Mode: Hybrid
SAP BusinessObjects BI Platform 4.x (BI 4.0, 4.1, 4.2, 4.3) administration and development.
Web Intelligence (WebI) advanced report development, complex formulas, merged dimensions, drill-through.
Universe Design Tool (UDT) and Information Design Tool (IDT) universe creation, contexts, joins, LOVs.
Crystal Reports pixel-perfect reporting, sub-reports, formulas, database connectivity.
SAP Lumira / SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) integration knowledge.
Strong expertise in SQL, stored procedures, and relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, HANA).
SAP BW, S/4HANA, and HANA Studio integration with BO platform.
Publication, Scheduling, and Lifecycle Management (LCM) in SAP BO.
BO Platform administration CMC, CMS, WCS, server clustering, and security management.
Experience with SAP BO SDK and RESTful APIs for BO is a plus. Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
6+ years of experience in SAP Business Objects development and implementation.
Minimum 3+ full-cycle SAP BO implementation projects in a lead/senior role.
SAP Certified Application Associate SAP BusinessObjects BI (preferred).
Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts, dimensional modeling, and ETL pipelines.
Proven experience in Agile/Scrum and waterfall project delivery methodologies.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams.
Experience in client-facing roles with strong presentation skills.
Detail-orientated with a focus on quality and timeliness. Nice to Have
Exposure to Power BI, Tableau, or other BI tools for hybrid environments.
Knowledge of cloud data platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) with BI integration.
Familiarity with SAP Data Services and SAP Data Intelligence.
