Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced SAP Basis HANA Consultant to manage and support SAP landscapes across ECC, S/4HANA, and BW/4HANA environments. The role involves system administration, migrations, performance tuning, upgrades, and integration support, ensuring high availability and optimal system performance.

MustHave Skills & Experience

• Extensive knowledge of SAP ORACLE & HANA databases
• Strong hands-on experience in SAP BASIS administration across:
• SAP ECC
• SAP S/4HANA
• SAP BW/4HANA
• Experience with SAP interfaces and connectivity
• Hands-on experience in SAP application installation on HANA
• Expertise in SAP OS/DB and application migrations
• Experience with SAP Fiori configuration
• Strong knowledge of SAP technical performance monitoring and tuning
• Experience in SAP Java Stack administration

GoodtoHave Skills

• Experience in AMS (Application Management Services) support
• Strong documentation skills (system configurations, runbooks, SOPs)
• Experience with SAP installations and system refreshes
• Knowledge of Single Sign-On (SSO) configuration and troubleshooting
• Experience with SNC configuration and troubleshooting
• Hands-on experience with Service Pack and Support Package upgrades

Key Responsibilities

• Perform SAP BASIS administration across ECC, S/4HANA, and BW/4HANA systems
• Manage SAP HANA and Oracle databases including monitoring and tuning
• Support SAP system installations, upgrades, migrations, and patching
• Configure and maintain SAP Fiori and SAP Java Stack environments
• Analyze system performance and proactively resolve technical issues
• Support interfaces and integrations with external systems
• Manage OS/DB and application migrations with minimal downtime
• Provide production support, incident resolution, and rootcause analysis
• Maintain technical documentation and follow best practices
• Collaborate with functional, development, and infrastructure teams

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP BASIS / HANA certifications (added advantage)
• Exposure to large-scale SAP transformations or S/4HANA migrations
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
