SAP Architect

We are seeking an experienced SAP WalkMe Architect to design, configure, and develop digital adoption and learning solutions within SAP environments. You will play a key role in enhancing user enablement through in-application guidance, interactive learning experiences, and digital adoption strategies.

Working closely with Learning & Development teams, SAP functional teams, and business stakeholders, you will help drive successful SAP adoption across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement SAP WalkMe solutions to support user training and digital adoption.
• Configure and customize WalkMe components, workflows, and in-app guidance within SAP systems.
• Develop and maintain WalkMe content, scripts, and integrations with SAP and learning platforms.
• Create interactive walkthroughs, contextual help, and embedded learning experiences.
• Collaborate with L&D teams and business stakeholders to understand training and adoption needs.
• Support SAP transformation projects, system enhancements, and global rollouts.
• Establish best practices, governance standards, and technical documentation for WalkMe solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience within the SAP ecosystem, preferably in digital adoption, learning technologies, or SAP consulting.
• Hands-on experience with SAP WalkMe configuration and development.
• Experience with enterprise learning or digital adoption platforms.
• Strong understanding of SAP environments and business processes.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) or other learning technologies.
• Exposure to change management, training enablement, or user adoption programs.
• Experience supporting global SAP transformation initiatives.
