Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP ABAP Technical Consultant with strong expertise in ABAP development and SAP technical architecture. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in delivering complex SAP solutions across multiple modules and modern SAP technologies including S/4HANA, SAP BTP, Fiori, and integration frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain SAP ABAP-based solutions across SAP modules such as Finance (FICO), MM, PP, SD, and QM.
• Develop and enhance RICEF objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms).
• Work on advanced SAP technologies including CDS Views, AMDP, HANA SQL scripting, and performance optimization.
• Design and implement SAP Fiori applications, OData services, and UI5-based solutions.
• Develop and support integration scenarios using ALE/IDOC, BAPI, RFC, Proxies, Web Services, and REST APIs.
• Build and extend solutions using SAP BTP including CAPM, Cloud ABAP, APIs, and workflow services.
• Work on ABAP RESTful Application Programming Model (RAP) for modern SAP development.
• Integrate SAP with external/non-SAP systems using middleware, Java connectors, and REST-based services.
• Perform system analysis, technical design, coding, testing, and deployment support.
• Ensure adherence to SAP security standards and implement authorization checks in ABAP programs.
• Collaborate with functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

• 512 years of strong hands-on experience in SAP ABAP development.
• Strong expertise in ABAP programming and object-oriented ABAP.
• Experience in SAP RICEF objects development.
• Strong knowledge of CDS Views, AMDP, and SAP HANA programming.
• Hands-on experience in SAP Fiori, SAP UI5, and OData services.
• Experience with SAP BTP (CAPM, Cloud ABAP, APIs, workflows, integration services).
• Strong integration experience with ALE/IDOC, BAPIs, RFCs, Web Services, Proxies, and REST APIs.
• Experience in SAP ABAP RESTful Programming Model (RAP).
• Exposure to SAP security concepts and authorization objects.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to design technical specifications and test cases.

Good to Have

• Experience with SAP BODS (BusinessObjects Data Services).
• Knowledge of Java connectors and hybrid integration scenarios.
• Exposure to agile development methodologies.
