Sampling Manager

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Sampling Manager to lead the development and execution of garment and fabric samples. This role is critical in bridging design, merchandising, and productionensuring that all samples accurately reflect client requirements, meet quality standards, and are delivered within timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end sample development (proto, fit, sales samples, pre-production samples)
• Coordinate with merchandisers, design teams, and production units to execute sampling requests
• Manage sample timelines and ensure on-time delivery to clients
• Source fabrics, trims, and accessories in line with client specifications
• Ensure accuracy in measurements, construction, and overall quality of samples
• Communicate with buyers/clients for feedback and implement necessary revisions
• Maintain proper documentation and tracking of all sampling activities
• Optimize sampling processes to reduce lead time and cost

What Were Looking For:

• Prior experience in garment sampling, product development, or merchandising
• Strong understanding of fabrics, garment construction, and fits
• Excellent coordination and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple developments simultaneously under tight deadlines
• High attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
