Job Description
Core Requirements
- 23 years of experience in Software Asset Management
- Handson experience with Flexera OR any other SAM tool (e.g., Snow, USU, Matrix42)
- Strong knowledge of:
- Software licensing models (Perpetual, Subscription, SaaS, Concurrent, Named User)
- Entitlement reconciliation and compliance analysis
- Experience with SAM (implementation or operations) or strong willingness to transition into ServiceNow
ServiceNow Experience (Preferred)
- Experience with:
- SAM
- Discovery / CMDB
- Software Model & Normalization
Good-to-Have Skills
- ITIL Foundation certification
- Knowledge of IT Asset Management (ITAM) / Hardware Asset Management (HAM)
- Experience working with:
- SCCM
- Intune
- JAMF
- Strong analytical and documentation skills
- Excellent stakeholder communication skills
Ideal Candidate Profile
Has worked on Flexera or similar SAM tools
Understands licensing compliance deeply
Ready to transition and grow in ServiceNow ecosystem
Holds B.Tech. or MCA (mandatory)
