• Requirements
• Design develop and implement customized solutions within ServiceNow for assigned modules SRE SPM HAM SAM
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyse business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Configure and customize ServiceNow applications workflows and modules based on best practices
• Support integration of ServiceNow with other ITSM and ITOM tools
• Solid understanding of software license models and hardware lifecycle management
• Perform system administration upgrades and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform
• Troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolutions to minimize downtime
• Develop and maintain documentation for configurations processes and procedures
• Provide training and support to end users and administrators
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for ITSM processes
• Stay up to date with ServiceNow features enhancements and industry best practices
• Required Skills Experience
• Strong experience 4 years in ServiceNow platform development and administration
• Hands on experience in any one or more of the following modules
• HAM Hardware Asset Management
• SAM Software Asset Management
• Experience with ServiceNow scripting JavaScript Jelly RESTSOAP integrations workflows and UI policies
• Knowledge of ITSM ITOM and IT asset management concepts
• Familiarity with ServiceNow upgrade and patching processes
• Ability to work in Agile Scrum teams
• Strong problem solving analytical and communication skills
