As a Sales Representative for Greater India, your main responsibilities include:


Customer Development and Retention

Identifying business opportunities in key sectors such as automotive, Internet of Things (IoT), and telecommunications

Establishing and strengthening long-term relationships with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS) providers, and local distributors


Achieving Sales Targets

Developing and executing customized sales plans for the local market

Managing the entire sales cycle, encompassing quoting, delivery, and after-sales service, to ensure an exceptional customer experience


Technical and Business Consulting

Continuously monitoring market trends and product developments

Providing strategic advice to maximize technical performance and cost-effectiveness


Cross-Departmental Collaboration

Working closely with the logistics, technical support, and marketing teams to ensure the accurate delivery of solutions to meet customer needs


Job Requirements


Education: Bachelor's degree or above, engineering, marketing, or related majors preferred (not mandatory)


Experience: 25 years of B2B sales or key account management experience, experience in the electronic components industry preferred


Language: Native English speaker, with excellent business and technical communication skills


Results-Oriented: Proactive, action-oriented, and possesses a strong drive to achieve ambitious goals.


Analytical and Negotiation Skills: Able to accurately understand customer needs and negotiate complex contracts.


Professional Ethics: Positive attitude, excellent interpersonal skills, and a high level of professional ethics.
