  • Experience with:
    • Sales Cloud / Service Cloud / Marketing Cloud (preferred)
    • Process Builder, Flow, Workflow Rules
    • Reports & Dashboards
  • Technical expertise (if applicable):
    • Apex, SOQL, SOSL
    • Lightning Components / LWC / Visualforce
  • Experience with integration tools and APIs (REST/SOAP).
  • Knowledge of data modeling, security model, and sharing rules.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning Experience.
