Salesforce Solution Architect / Technical Lead

About the role

Versovate Labs is mobilising the technology team for a flagship contact-centre transformation programme delivered for a global client.

We're looking for a Salesforce Solution Architect to own end-to-end design across data, security, integration, AI and analytics and to lead a 4-person Salesforce team delivering 300 dev hours per month against a multi-year engagement.

What you'll do

Own the Salesforce solution architecture across Service Cloud, Voice, Shield and Identity

Lead design reviews, code reviews and OEM escalations for a 4-person CRM team

Drive integration design with Genesys Cloud and the client's core back-end systems

Run quarterly architecture reviews with the client and the programme PMO What we're looking for

Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) OR Application Architect + System Architect

Service Cloud Consultant + Platform Developer I & II + Integration Architect certifications

8+ years total IT experience, 5+ years Salesforce-specific (3+ as Architect/Senior Dev)

At least one prior 200+ seat enterprise deployment with 1m+ monthly interactions

B.E. / B.Tech / MCA / M.Sc. in Computer Science, IT or related discipline

Nice to have

TOGAF 9 Foundation or equivalent enterprise architecture credential

Direct Genesys Cloud or NICE CXone integration experience

Large-scale enterprise or regulated-industry deployment exposure

Experience delivering for global / multi-region clients
