Job Description
1.Analyze business requirements, technical specifications, and design documents to create detailed test plans and test cases.
2.Collaborate with developers to resolve issues and perform retesting as needed.
3.Translate complex business requirements and functional specs into comprehensive test strategies and test cases.
4.Manage and maintain the Salesforce platform
5.Customize objects, fields, page layouts, and other metadata for deployment
6.Work with data tools to query and update through imports and exports
7.Create reports and dashboards for business insights
8.Collaborate with teams to optimize Salesforce functionality for business needs
9.Act as a liaison between the testing teams and the system admins
10. Knows basics of Selenium, Java.
11.Salesforce CRM, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud
12. Good to Have Integration Testing Knowledge.
13. Must have Good Communications
14. Strong at Problem Solving.
