Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce QA Automation Lead to drive end-to-end quality assurance across business-critical Salesforce applications and integrated enterprise platforms.

This role combines technical leadership, automation strategy, hands-on test engineering, and stakeholder engagement to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions in a complex enterprise environment.

The successful candidate will bring deep expertise in Python-based automation frameworks, Selenium WebDriver, Salesforce testing, API validation, and quality governance while leading teams and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

QA Strategy & Leadership

• Define and execute enterprise QA strategies across multiple programs and initiatives.
• Lead QA demand planning, resource allocation, and team capability development.
• Establish testing standards, governance frameworks, and quality best practices.
• Mentor and support QA engineers, automation specialists, and testing teams.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and quality maturity programs.

Automation Engineering

• Design and implement scalable automation frameworks using Python and Selenium.
• Develop reusable automation components and testing accelerators.
• Support parallel execution strategies and automation scalability.
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines and release processes.
• Evaluate and introduce modern automation technologies and frameworks.

Salesforce Quality Assurance

• Lead testing activities across Salesforce applications and integrations.
• Validate custom objects, workflows, business processes, security models, and configurations.
• Ensure comprehensive regression, smoke, sanity, integration, and release testing coverage.
• Support testing across downstream systems and third-party integrations.

API & Integration Testing

• Perform API testing across REST and SOAP services.
• Validate authentication, authorization, and integration workflows.
• Support testing of complex enterprise integrations and data flows.
• Ensure reliability, performance, and quality of interconnected systems.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Work closely with Product Owners, Architects, Developers, and Agile teams.
• Participate in requirement refinement and testability reviews.
• Communicate risks, quality metrics, and progress updates to senior stakeholders.
• Drive alignment between business expectations and quality objectives.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
• 12+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance and Test Automation.
• Strong leadership experience managing QA teams and enterprise testing initiatives.
• Expertise in Agile delivery methodologies and QA governance.
• Hands-on experience with:

-Python automation frameworks (PyTest, Behave, BDD)

-Selenium WebDriver

-API testing (REST, SOAP, JSON, OAuth)

-Salesforce testing and validation

• Experience designing and maintaining automation frameworks.
• Experience integrating automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Playwright automation experience.
• AI-assisted testing and intelligent automation solutions.
• Self-healing automation frameworks.
• AI/ML applications for test optimization and defect prediction.
• API governance and API management experience.
• Azure App Services exposure.
• Experience within large-scale enterprise technology environments.
• Cloud-based automation execution platforms.
