Hiring: Salesforce Litify Admin
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Litify Admin with 5+ years of expertise in Salesforce Administration, Litify platform support, workflow automation, reporting, and user management.
Key Skills:
Salesforce Administration, Litify, Flows, Case Assignment Rules, Visualforce, Dataloader, Workflow Automation, Reporting & Dashboards, Mailchimp, DocuSign, FormAssembly, Salesforce Support & User Management.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Provide Salesforce & Litify end-user support and troubleshooting
Manage user onboarding/offboarding, permissions, licenses, and access controls
Maintain integrated applications including DocuSign, OwnBackup, Docrio Email & Litify tools
Configure workflows, automations, Flows, email templates, and alerts
Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and ticketing workflows
Support Mass Torts and Mass Arbitrations workflow automation processes
Perform bulk updates and data management using Dataloader
Coordinate with stakeholders, Litify CSMs, and external teams for workflow enhancements
Maintain Salesforce org health, release updates, and platform governance
Location: Mumbai (Hybrid)
Support for US Client Work may extend till 8:00 PM / 9:00 PM IST
