Salesforce Developer

About the Role

We are seeking talented and experienced Salesforce Developers responsible for designing, developing, and implementing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform. The role includes building scalable solutions using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and integrations with external systems.

Candidates with higher experience will handle architecture, technical leadership, and end-to-end solution ownership.

Key Responsibilities

Core Responsibilities (All Levels)

• Develop and customize applications on the Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud).
• Write clean, efficient, and scalable code using Apex Classes, Triggers, Batch Apex, Schedulers.
• Build modern and responsive UI components using Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura.
• Create and customize Visualforce pages, workflows, validations, and process automation.
• Integrate Salesforce with internal and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Perform system configuration such as objects, fields, flows, permissions, and page layouts.
• Conduct unit testing, code reviews, debugging, and optimization.
• Work closely with functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Prepare technical documentation and maintain code quality standards.

Mid‑Level Responsibilities (4–7 Years)

• Develop moderately complex modules, customizations, and enhancements.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and cross-functional development cycles.
• Assist with deployments using CI/CD pipelines (Git, Copado, Gearset, Jenkins).
• Troubleshoot issues and provide production support.
• Write reusable Apex and LWC components following best practices.
