Job Description
Required Qualifications
- 4–8 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience in an enterprise environment.
- Strong Apex programming skills: triggers, SOQL/SOSL, batch/queueable/schedulable jobs, REST callouts, and Web Services.
- Proficiency in Lightning Web Components (LWC) and the Lightning component framework.
- Experience with Salesforce Platform Events and event-driven integration architecture patterns.
- Hands-on experience with SFDX CLI and Git/GitHub for source control and version management.
- Experience with CI/CD deployment tools such as Copado, Gearset, or Jenkins; familiarity with Salesforce Change Sets for org-to-org deployments.
- Proficiency with VS Code or Cursor as a primary Salesforce development IDE.
- Experience with Salesforce Flows and declarative automation tooling.
- Solid understanding of the Salesforce security model: profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and OWD.
- Familiarity with REST API design, HTTP callouts, and Named Credentials.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (required).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Dell Boomi .
- Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud or Customer Community portal development.
- Salesforce Platform Developer II or Application Architect certification.
- Experience with Jest for LWC unit testing.
