We are looking for an experienced Salesforce CX Lead to drive enterprise customer experience transformation initiatives and lead end-to-end Salesforce engagements.

Role: Salesforce CX Lead
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Salesforce CX transformation programs across Sales Cloud & Service Cloud
Drive solution design, stakeholder discussions, and business process improvements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful Salesforce implementations
Manage integrations, workflows, automation, and enterprise CRM solutions
Conduct client workshops, demos, and requirement gathering sessions
Lead Agile delivery, sprint planning, and project execution activities
Mentor teams and ensure high-quality delivery standards
Skills Required:
Salesforce CX / CRM Expertise
Sales Cloud / Service Cloud
Solution Design & Stakeholder Management
Team Leadership & Client Communication
Integration & Transformation Experience
Agile/Scrum Methodology
Preferred:
Enterprise implementation experience
Cross-functional leadership exposure
Strong customer engagement & consulting background
