Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement Salesforce CPQ solutions
• Configure product catalog, pricing, quoting, and discounting
• Work on Quote-to-Cash (QTC) processes
• Collaborate with stakeholders for requirement gathering
• Integrate CPQ with Service Cloud and other systems
• Support testing, deployment, and enhancements

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in Salesforce CPQ
• Hands-on experience with Service Cloud
• Knowledge of Sales Cloud
• Experience in pricing rules, workflows, and approvals
• Good understanding of billing and revenue lifecycle

Good to Have:

• Salesforce certifications
• Experience in Apex / Lightning
• Exposure to Zuora or billing tools
