Job Description
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce CPQ Business Systems Analyst (BSA) / Techno-Functional Consultant with strong expertise in end-to-end Quote-to-Cash (QTC) processes and hands-on experience in Salesforce CPQ / Revenue Cloud.
The ideal candidate should be more functionally driven, with strong business process understanding and the ability to independently drive requirement gathering, solution discussions, and end-to-end CPQ implementations.
This role requires strong collaboration with business stakeholders, product owners, and development teams while ensuring scalable and efficient QTC solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Business Analysis & Functional Ownership
- Lead end-to-end requirement gathering sessions with business stakeholders
- Analyze and translate business requirements into:
- BRDs / FDDs
- User Stories
- Functional process flows
- Drive workshops, demos, gap analysis, and UAT discussions
- Act as the bridge between business teams and technical teams
Salesforce CPQ / Revenue Cloud Functional Expertise
- Work on end-to-end Quote-to-Cash (QTC) lifecycle implementations
- Configure and support:
- Product Rules
- Pricing Rules
- Quote Templates
- Discounting & approvals
- Contracts & subscriptions
- Amendments & renewals
- Ensure smooth quote contract billing revenue processes
- Support CPQ enhancements and process optimization initiatives
Techno-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate closely with development teams for:
- CPQ customizations
- Integration requirements
- Validation logic
- Understand and support:
- Salesforce APIs
- Data models
- Integration flows
- Coordinate with DevOps and deployment teams during releases
Integrations & Cross-Functional Systems
- Support integrations between Salesforce CPQ and:
- Billing systems
- ERP platforms (SAP / Oracle / D365)
- External enterprise applications
- Validate end-to-end QTC data and process flow
Required Skills
- 8+ years of Salesforce experience
- Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce CPQ
- Strong expertise in Quote-to-Cash (QTC) business processes
- Excellent functional understanding of:
- Product configuration
- Pricing & discounting
- Contracts & subscriptions
- Renewals & amendments
- Strong experience working as a Business Systems Analyst (BSA)
- Proven experience in:
- Requirement gathering
- Stakeholder management
- Functional documentation
- UAT support
- Strong communication and client-facing skills
- Basic techno-functional understanding of:
- APIs
- Integrations
- Salesforce data model
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Salesforce Billing / Revenue Cloud
- Exposure to ERP integrations (SAP / Oracle / D365)
- Basic knowledge of Apex / LWC / Salesforce customizations
- Salesforce certifications:
- Salesforce CPQ Specialist
- Salesforce Admin
- Salesforce Business Analyst
