Job Description
Job Description: Product / Business Analyst Fluent OMS
We are looking for an experienced Product / Business Analyst with strong Fluent OMS and omnichannel integration expertise to support largescale luxury retail transformations.
Key Responsibilities
Product & Requirements Management
- Define, document, and prioritize product requirements for Fluent OMS integrations with SFCC, MuleSoft, OCI, and SAP
- Create detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications aligned to luxury omnichannel journeys
- Maintain and groom the product backlog in collaboration with Product Owners and engineering teams
- Translate business requirements from brand teams into technical specifications
- Lead requirements workshops and discovery sessions with business stakeholders and technical architects
- Identify gaps, risks, and dependencies across the integrated technology stack
Stakeholder Management
- Act as a liaison between business teams (Maisons, Operations, Finance, IT) and delivery teams
- Present product updates, roadmap progress, and integration status to senior stakeholders
- Facilitate crossfunctional workshops across business and technology teams
- Support change management and training activities for new OMS capabilities
Fluent OMS Domain Expertise
- Serve as a subject matter expert across Fluent OMS capabilities:
- Order routing & orchestration
- Distributed Order Management (DOM)
- Store fulfillment (Click & Collect, ShipfromStore)
- Inventory availability & promising
- Returns & reverse logistics
- Order Lifecycle Visibility (OLV)
- Configure and validate OMS workflows, routing logic, and fulfillment rules
- Document Fluent OMS data models and integration touchpoints
CrossPlatform Integration Analysis
- Analyze and document integration flows:
- SFCC Fluent OMS
- Fluent OMS SAP
- Fluent OMS MuleSoft
- Fluent OMS OCI
- Define API contracts, data mappings, and integration test criteria
- Identify and resolve data model conflicts across systems
Agile Delivery
- Participate in Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Standups, Demos, Retrospectives)
- Collaborate closely with developers, architects, QA, and DevOps teams
- Ensure stories meet Definition of Ready (DoR) standards
- Support sprint reviews and UAT with business stakeholders
- Track risks, issues, and dependencies using JIRA or equivalent tools
