Salesforce Automation Tester Sales Cloud+Copado

Lead the design and implementation of robust test automation frameworks for Salesforce applications.

Key Responsibilities

Migrate automated test cases from Selenium to Copado (CRT) and complete remaining automation backlog

Develop and optimize Copado automated test scenarios for Salesforce applications

Analyze and improve test stability and pass rates

Identify automation and process improvement opportunities

Provide hands-on guidance and mentoring to the existing QA team

Act as an extension of the clients QA automation team

* 610 years of QA/Testing experience with strong focus on Salesforce applications

* Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience with Copado and Copado Robotic Testing (CRT)

* Strong experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud testing and automation

* Proven experience in migrating and managing test cases in Copado Automation

* Hands-on experience in improving automation stability, pass rates, and framework reliability

* Experience testing applications built on the Salesforce platform

* Good understanding of test automation best practices, CI/CD, and release validation

* Ability to drive consulting-led process improvements and QA optimization initiatives

* Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder communication skills
