Design, configure, and deploy Agentforce agents within Salesforce to support automated customerfacing and internal service scenarios. Develop agent instructions, topics, and actions using Agentforce Studio and approved promptengineering practices. Integrate Agentforce with Salesforce Data Cloud to enable grounded, contextaware AI responses using unified customer and case data. Extend agent capabilities using Apex, Flows, and external API integrations where required. Tune and validate AI model settings to ensure highquality, safe, and compliant AIgenerated responses.
