Sales Admin
The sales admin plays support role to sales team by handling administrative and coordination tasks that ensure smooth operations and effective communication between field sales team, internal departments, and external stakeholders. This role involves managing data, assisting in reporting, marketing operation support and processing orders, and ensuring compliance in internal procedures.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Support & Coordination: Provide administrative support to the field sales force and field managers. Coordinate communication between the sales team, marketing, supply chain, and other departments. Help in organizing sales meetings, conferences, and training sessions.
Order Processing & Documentation: Process and follow up on customer orders and ensure timely delivery. Maintain and update customer databases, contracts, and records. Ensure all sales documentation is accurate and compliant with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Reporting & Data Management: Prepare regular sales reports, performance dashboards, and presentations for internal review. Assist in data analysis related to sales targets, incentives, and territory performance. Maintain up-to-date inventory and sales records.
CRM & System Management: Support the sales team in using CRM systems (e.g., Reporting app, Salesforce, SAP, etc.). Ensure data entry is timely and accurate for tracking interactions and performance metrics.
Expense & Incentive Management: Assist in the tracking and processing of sales team expenses and incentive claims.
Skills & Requirements
Bachelors degree Marketing / English preferred
2-4 years of relevant experience, preferably from D2C company.
Experience in sales admin, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector.
Must have proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, coordination abilities.
Analytical mindset for handling data and reports
Good at problem solving and negotiation skills.
