About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive Sales Support Engineer to support our growing sales team. This role involves managing client interactions, coordinating order execution, and ensuring seamless communication between internal teams and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the sales team with day-to-day coordination activities
• Prepare and manage quotations, proposals, and sales documentation
• Maintain CRM data and generate reports for tracking performance
• Coordinate with clients for order updates, queries, and follow-ups
• Ensure timely processing of orders and deliveries
• Assist in achieving sales targets through efficient backend support

Requirements:

• 25 years of experience in sales coordination/support
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM tools
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
