Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for aSales Specialist Inbound Processbased in Saket, Delhi.

The primary responsibility of this role is tohandle inbound customer inquiries, convert leads into sales, and ensure smooth day-to-day sales operations. The candidate will act as the first point of contact for potential clients and provide accurate information about Virtualxcels services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handledaily inbound calls, WhatsApp, and website leadsefficiently
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitablevirtual office solutions
  • Convert incoming inquiries intosuccessful sales closures
  • Maintain proper follow-ups with interested prospects
  • Update and managedaily tasks, lead status, and sales reports in CRM
  • Build strong customer relationships through professional communication
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and service delivery
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
Qualifications
  • Strongcommunication and convincing skills(Hindi & English mandatory)
  • Proven experience ininbound sales / tele sales / customer handling
  • Ability to handle high-volume calls and convert leads effectively
  • Basic knowledge ofCRM tools and MS Office
  • Target-driven mindset with a focus on performance and growth
  • Good organizational skills to managedaily tasks and follow-ups

Educational Requirement:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred

Experience:

  • 13 years ininbound sales / customer support / tele-calling
  • Experience invirtual office, real estate, or service industryis an added advantage
