Experience: 1+ Years in Field Sales
CTC: Up to 4.25 LPA + Incentive + Others Benefits
Location: Coimbatore
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute sales strategies for the region
- Manage, train, and motivate the sales team
- Achieve area-wise sales targets
- Appoint and manage distributors/dealers
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Prepare performance reports and forecasts
Candidate Profile:
- A bachelor's degree in any industry.
- 1+ years of sales & marketing experience
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Possession of a bike and a valid driving license is required.
