We are hiring Sales Executive to manage customer queries and provide excellent support to our clients. The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to handle customer concerns professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls related to insurance queries.
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns efficiently.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by offering excellent service.
• Update customer records and process requests in a timely manner.
• Make sure to complete targets efficiently.

Required Skills:

Strong verbal and written communication in Hindi and English.

Problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach.

Ability to handle high call volume.

Basic computer proficiency.
