Sales & Operations Associate

Native Blend | Kochi | Full-time

We're looking for a highly driven Sales & Operations Associate to work directly with the founder in launching and scaling Native Blend. This is a hands-on role focused on building sales channels, managing day-to-day operations, and ensuring smooth execution as we take the brand from zero to market. You'll spend time both in the field driving business and behind the scenes making sure operations run efficiently. If you enjoy ownership, solving problems, and building from scratch, this role is for you.

• Drive initial sales across HoReCa, retail, and institutional channels.
• Identify and onboard distributors, retailers, and key accounts.
• Conduct market visits, product sampling, and customer meetings.
• Build relationships with early customers and gather market feedback.
• Help achieve monthly sales targets and track pipeline progress.
• Assist in creating sales collateral and pitch materials.
• Support trade activations and local marketing initiatives.

• Coordinate with manufacturing, packaging, and logistics partners.
• Track inventory, sales orders, dispatches, and stock movement.
• Support vendor coordination, invoicing, payments, and reconciliation.
• Maintain operational trackers and reporting dashboards.
• Assist with registrations, compliance, and documentation.
• Solve day-to-day execution challenges across supply chain and sales.

• Work directly with the founder on strategic initiatives.
• Take ownership of cross-functional tasks.
• Help build systems and processes as the company scales.

• 02 years of experience in FMCG, sales, operations, or startups.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable spending significant time in the market.
• Highly organized with strong execution ability.
• Willingness to travel locally.
• Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets.
• Based in Kochi.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action.
