Sales Manager High Value Loan Against Property (LAP)

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to drive High Value Loan Against Property (LAP) business through the DSA channel in Malad, Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source High Value LAP business through DSA partners.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new DSAs.
• Achieve monthly login and disbursement targets.
• Handle average ticket sizes of 45 Crore.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth loan processing.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain portfolio quality.

Eligibility:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Loan Against Property (LAP) sales.
• Mandatory experience in DSA/channel sourcing.
• Experience in handling High Value LAP cases.
• Strong communication and relationship management skills.
