Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager Team leader to drive business growth in the assigned territory. The ideal candidate should have a passion for sales, excellent relationship management skills, and the ability to achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new business through field sales activities.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Conduct regular customer meetings and field visits.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Maintain daily sales reports and business records.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduation is mandatory.
• Minimum 2+ Years of Experience in Field Sales.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Local candidates from Ranchi will be preferred.
