Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead our B2C Inside Sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing a high-performing sales team, improving conversion rates, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of 15+ Inside Sales Executives.
• Drive sales performance and achieve revenue targets.
• Monitor team KPIs and provide regular coaching and feedback.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
• Manage the end-to-end sales funnel and lead conversion process.
• Ensure excellent customer engagement and relationship management.
• Analyze sales metrics and prepare performance reports.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to improve business outcomes.

Candidate Profile

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 35 years of Inside Sales experience, preferably in the Ed-Tech industry.
• Minimum 12 years of team handling experience.
• Experience managing a team of 15+ sales professionals.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Hands-on experience with CRM and sales automation tools.
• Proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in English and Hindi; Kannada will be an added advantage.
