Codeyoung is a leading EdTech company dedicated to empowering students with future-ready skills through live online learning programs. We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead a high-performing sales team and drive revenue growth in the US market.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Academic Advisors/Sales Associates to achieve revenue targets.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance and ensure team KPIs are consistently met.
- Conduct regular coaching sessions, performance reviews, and sales training to improve team productivity.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize conversions and revenue.
- Analyze sales metrics and identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Collaborate with recruitment, training, and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and team effectiveness.
- Resolve customer escalations and ensure an exceptional customer experience.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance insights to leadership.
- Foster a high-performance, target-driven, and collaborative work environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 36 years of experience in sales, with at least 12 years of experience leading a sales team.
- Prior experience in EdTech, Education, SaaS, BFSI, or a high-growth B2C sales environment is preferred.
- Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
