Job Description
As a Sales Lead, you will own the entire sales funnel and be responsible for driving closures and achieving
monthly revenue targets for your assigned Experience Centre.
What Youll Own
Own and manage the end-to-end sales funnel to drive higher conversion rates
Achieve monthly sales targets through consistent project closures
Drive 1215 project bookings per month by ensuring strong pipeline management
Deliver exceptional customer experience and relationship management throughout the sales journey
Collaborate closely with designers at the Experience Centre to ensure seamless execution of assigned
projects
Actively participate in and contribute to training programs aimed at enhancing customer experience
Coach and train designers to improve customer interactions and overall experience quality
Take ownership of centre-level growth, contributing to overall business expansion in the city
What Were Looking For
Bachelors degree (B.Arch, B.Tech, Commerce) or Masters degree/MBA from a Tier 2 institute or
above
45+ years of experience in Business Development and Growth roles
3+ years of experience in B2C sales, preferably in a high-value consultative selling environment
This is an individual contributor role requiring high ownership, strong intent, and sharp sales acumen
No direct team reporting; success depends on cross-functional collaboration with designers and
internal stakeholders
