In the role of Sales Lead - Channel Partnerships, you will be responsible for driving sales through partner ecosystems (Sell-with and Sell-through models), developing business proposals, onboarding new partners, and maximizing revenue through client and partner relationship management. This role requires strong operational sales expertise, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and
make data-driven decisions based on analytics insights.
What you'll do at EvoluteIQ:
Operational Excellence:
Create compelling sales proposals, pitches, business plans, and sales materials tailored to client and partner needs.
Deliver effective sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients and partners to drive adoption of EIQ platform solutions.
Identify, onboard, and nurture new partners, while maintaining long-term relationships with existing partners to grow ecosystem revenue.
Understand customer and business needs to enable cross-selling and up-selling of the platform products and services.
Continuously assess, clarify, and validate partner requirements to optimize sales effectiveness.
Collaborate closely across product development, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure alignment in go-to-market strategies and sales support.
Track, measure, and report channel performance against sales targets; adjust programs and strategies proactively to meet goals.
Relationship Management:
Build and nurture strong relationships with key partners to drive co-selling success and long-term engagements.
Develop relationships at multiple levels within partner organizations, including executive sponsors and operational teams.
Establish and maintain relationships with key clients and industry influencers to strengthen EvoluteIQs market presence.
Reporting and Analysis:
Accurately forecast and track sales trends, utilizing data analytics for informed business planning.
Prepare and present detailed sales performance reports, highlighting opportunities for growth and strategic recommendations to executive leadership.
What will you bring to the team?
Minimum 8 to 10 years experience in platform sales with expertise in Sell-with and Sell-through channel sales models.
Understanding of low-code/no-code platforms, process automation, or AI solution delivery.
Strong presentation and proposal development skills.
Demonstrated ability to build and manage partner ecosystems and client relationships at senior levels.
Experience selling one or more platforms such as BPM (Appian, Pega, Camunda), LCAP (Outsystems, Mendix) and automation stacks (e.g., ServiceNow, UiPath, Power Automate, Blue Prism, MuleSoft) as well as Agentic AI and Generative AI technologies.
Data-driven with excellent analytical and forecasting skills.
Collaborative mindset with experience working cross-functionally in product, marketing, and customer success.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
