Job Description:

We are looking for a highly driven and result-oriented Sales Lead - eLearning Content Services to lead client acquisition for customized content creation services. The role focuses on identifying and connecting with large corporates, EdTech companies, L&D firms, publishing houses, and digital learning platforms to understand their requirements and offer tailored content development solutions.

The ideal candidate should have strong B2B sales experience, excellent networking skills, and the ability to build long-term partnerships with organizations requiring scalable content solutions across K12, higher education, corporate training, and eLearning domains.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and approach enterprise clients, eLearning companies, and corporate learning organizations for content development requirements.
  • Generate and close new business opportunities through outbound sales, networking, LinkedIn outreach, and strategic partnerships.
  • Build relationships with companies such as Hurix, Coursera, training providers, publishers, and corporate L&D teams.
  • Understand client requirements and propose customized content creation solutions including:
  1. eLearning content
  2. Interactive PPTs
  3. Storyboards
  4. Video scripts
  5. Assessment creation
  6. Curriculum development
  7. SME-based educational content
  • Coordinate with internal content, design, and production teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Prepare business proposals, presentations, costing, and commercial discussions.
  • Maintain sales pipeline, client records, and revenue forecasts.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.


Required Skills:

  • Strong B2B sales and client acquisition experience.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in EdTech, eLearning, publishing, training, or content services industry preferred.
  • Ability to pitch customized service-based solutions to enterprise clients.
  • Strong networking and relationship management capabilities.
  • Self-motivated hunter mindset with target-oriented approach.
