Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Lead, based in Hyderabad. The Sales Lead will manage and drive sales initiatives, develop client relationships, and identify new business opportunities. Responsibilities include overseeing customer onboarding, providing training and support to clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves leading and mentoring a sales team, creating strategies to meet targets, and collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and provide exceptional support
- Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management to achieve targets and drive business growth
- Experience in Training and mentoring teams to improve performance and productivity
- Strategic thinking, problem-solving abilities, and excellent leadership skills
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Prior experience in industrial automation or manufacturing industries is a plus
