Role Description We are looking for a motivated Sales and Lead Generation Intern to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role where you will work directly on revenue generation, prospecting, and closing giving you real sales experience from day one.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with prospective learners and partners..
• Interest or foundational skills in Sales and Sales Management, including lead handling, follow-ups, and basic pipeline tracking..
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment with a proactive, learning-focused mindset.
• Basic familiarity with digital tools such as CRM systems, spreadsheets, and online communication platforms is an advantage.
• Genuine interest in education, edtech, and helping learners achieve their goals.

Duration: 3 to 6 months

Stipend: Rs 5000 per month fixed plus performance-based incentives

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective learners and introduce our courses

- Generate and qualify leads through LinkedIn, research, and referrals

- Pitch our upskilling programs clearly and persuasively

- Follow up consistently and move leads through the sales pipeline

- Close enrolments and contribute to revenue targets

- Manage lead data and call logs accurately
